To ensure that your t shirt image  is protected-

Wash the t-shirt inside out, on a cooler,  gentler, settting than the t-shirt manufacturers recommendations.

Do not tumble dry

Never Iron directly on to the image, turn the t shirt out  and iron on the reverse side on a cool setting, preferably with a protective cover like a pillow slip.
